We had tornado damage and one call is all it took. Damages assessed, parts ordered, install complete. They even re-caulked all the other windows that weren’t damaged as caulk was loose.

We had 2 windows replaced. One very large front window and a bedroom window. Eric the sales rep is great. Very knowledgeable and did not pressure us into anything we didn't need. The warranty on these windows is unbelievable. We will be replacing for sure 2 more windows, possibly 3. We highly recommend Window World.

I am in Fargo and needed some modifications to the caulking around my window that Window World installed last winter. I LOVE my new windows and I thank Nolan (my apologies if wrong??) for his very timely and thorough application! Fast and friendly service. Thanks again!!

The first picture window that the guys installed was defective from the factory and not their fault at all. Today they came back to install a new window, and it looks perfect! We love it!

I’m very happy I select Window World to replace my windows and patio door. They were quick in their work but did quality work too. They were respectful. My only disappointment was that they didn’t and didn’t suggest to cover items, like dinning table and kitchen items, because they became covered in a fine dust. So, just be aware of that. If I ever never windows and doors replaced in the future I will work with them.
