Window World responded promptly to a call we had made about a window that is under warranty. Andrew and Noah called, and since we were home said they would be here in 10 minutes. They were. They examined the window and confirmed the defect, and fully explained the replacement process. They also briefly adjusted some door seal issues we had noticed. They were courteous, professional, and efficient. So glad we installed these windows with Window World 8 years ago!

Starting with Eric, who was excellent and knowledgeable on the products and sold me my windows, to Kody and Brett who installed my windows. Outstanding service by all. Kody explained the whole process. They were both professionall and clened up everything! They did great job! I would recommend Window World to anyone in need of windows. If you are looking to have doors or windows replaced/installed, I would highly recommend Window World of Fargo! We received top notch service from start to finish!! Starting with Devin for the consultation, to Jim scheduling a time for our project that worked best for us to Ademar and his installation crew for getting the job done!! What was supposed to be a 2 day project, Ademar and his crew were able to get our project done in 1 day!! We couldn't be happier with the end result!!

I have done plenty of carpentry work over my 61 years of life. It was time for someone else to do the work on our home. Window World removed, installed and wrapped 10 windows in less than a day in early November. An 11th window was back ordered and was installed on almost the coldest day yet this late December. During that time, I saw the clear difference in quality between the new Window World window and its vinyl predecessor. Negative 17 degree weather left frost and ice on the old window just a few feet away from the new window, which was now clear of moisture and ice on the sill. In about two hours, the crew was wrapping up and leaving. This is what Window World does. Their teams are clean, well trained and have a clear, seamless division of labor. I couldn’t be more pleased with their product and installation. Thank you Window World!

We had "ManuelMadeConstruction" crew come out and install our new window. They did a great job! The crew was very amicable and very positive. We appreciated how quick they were, and the job they did was amazing. They took out 4 windows and replaced them when it was negative 4 degrees out, we are impressed with the work they do. The crew was very kind and had even talked to my son about shows and games while working. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them to anyone in the future. Thank you guys!
