I had new windows when i purchased my home and needed them checked because i had some cold air coming from somewhere. I received a call from Andrew after another person was unable to make my appointment a few months before. He was apologetic that my other appointment never happened and said he was helping out for that guy now. We made an appointment. He called the day of the appointment to let me know he was leaving town, apologizing if he may be a few minutes late...he wasnt. He quickly tested all windows and found each to be good. While he was doing that we discussed other possible causes and he mentioned that i could make an appointment for doors and my bay windows. I did not know the company did either. He was the embodiment of amazing customer servicr and sales even. I hope he keeps covering for the other guy. He actually is management material in service or sales.

We had some cold spots and air leaks in our home and were trying to narrow down the reasons. Andrew came and checked every window, all were not leaking and great. He even gave me excellent advice on what to do with the places he could feek air coming through and help with the front door issue. Alot of knowledge quickly and with a smile. The appointment was very beneficial to me and my windows, which had been put in before I pirchased my home, still like new. No leaks at all. He kept in touch on his way to the appointment to let us know he was on his way, was here on time, and very efficient.

Window World responded promptly to a call we had made about a window that is under warranty. Andrew and Noah called, and since we were home said they would be here in 10 minutes. They were. They examined the window and confirmed the defect, and fully explained the replacement process. They also briefly adjusted some door seal issues we had noticed. They were courteous, professional, and efficient. So glad we installed these windows with Window World 8 years ago!
